No. Most clients give us a door code, lockbox or hidden key. Keys are coded and stored securely, and you get a text when we arrive and when we leave.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner passes a national criminal background check and identity verification, and Carolina Bee Cleaning is fully insured and bonded.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Never. Recurring service can be paused, rescheduled or cancelled anytime with 48 hours' notice.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean the area for free. If you're still not happy, we refund that cleaning.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring professional, eco-friendly, pet- and kid-safe products and equipment. If you prefer specific products, just leave them out and we'll use them.
How is the price calculated?
Flat, upfront pricing based on the size of your home, the type of cleaning and how often you book. You get the price before you book, no hourly surprises.
What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning maintains a home that's cleaned regularly. Deep cleaning adds detail work like baseboards, doors, trim, light switches, vents and built-up grime. We recommend a deep clean for your first visit so we can reset your home to our standard.
Do I need to tip?
Tips are never required, but always appreciated by the team. You can tip in cash or add it when you pay.
